What’s New on the Glacier this summer
Last year’s park set-up reached a new level when we merged all our lanes and were able to cat groom everything more easily on a daily basis. We are proudly the largest and most diverse park on the glacier. Plans are to keep the winning 6 lane layout the same, but tune it up with even better flow and adding some new rail features. Our two massive airbags will be set up again for qualifying both single and double flips, along with our double-sided 22 foot spine for Pipe training.

Coaches Update
Momentum coaches have been making headlines as usual with great performances across all disciplines.
MOGULS WORLD CUP: Mik Kingsbury continues to dominate the World Cup podium, winning 5 consecutive golds. Phil Marquis and Audrey Robichaud also stepped on the podium this year, including a first time Gold for Phil!
PIPE X-GAMES: Huge congrats to Whistler local and now new coach for Momentum, Simon D’Artois, for winning the X-Games Superpipe. Gus Kenworthy placed 5th, Noah Bowman was 6th and Mike Riddle was 8th.
SLOPE X-GAMES: Joss Christensen was 2nd, Alex Bellemare placed 3rd, Woodsy 5th, Tom Wallisch 6th, Gus Kenworthy 7th.
Most recently, Justin Dorey won in Halfpipe at the US Freeskiing Grand Prix event in Mammoth, and Gus Kenworthy just won the new Air + Style comp in LA.
